He is an expert with years' expereince in advising Japanese businesses on legal issues relating to protectiong of their intellectual property rights in China, especcially with a good knowledge of operations in ACG sectors. He took legal actions on behalf of a number of Japanese businesses against infringement of their intellectual property rights in China and has extensive experience in providing non-litigation legal services on cooperation between Chinese and Japanese sides in ACG sectors.
