We have a construction and real estate team comprised of senior lawyers specializing in land transfer, project development, construction, house sale, purchase and lease and property management areas. All the lawyers are experts with impressive education, business, legal and practical backgrounds and extensive knowledge and experience in related areas.


Our construction and real estate team provide litigation and non-litigation services for businesses performing project exploration and design and construction works and large and midsize real estate developers “in accordance with applicable laws”, and are widely admired by our clients.
