- Mr. Chen has been with the American Intellectual Property Legal Association(AIPLA) Delegation to visit Shenzhen and Shanghai, during which they have visited Shenzhen Custom, Shenzhen Copyright Bureau, Shenzhen Bar Association, Shenzhen Intellectual Property Bureau, Shanghai High People’s Court, Shanghai Industry and Commercial Administrative Bureau, Shanghai News Publication Bureau, Shanghai Bar Association, Shanghai Custom, etc., and had exchanged and studied the legal issues of Intellectual Property Right.
