Customers have been complaining for years about sales tactics used by Hermes stores to sell their coveted luxury bags. In other words, only customers who purchase Hermes non-leather items can purchase Birkin bags. This is legally known as bundling. In the United States, a legal action was taken against Hermes for violating Anti-Monopoly Law by bundling. This case has not been decided yet.
