Recently, the selection conference and advanced training program for the “Dingxin Rule of Law Talent Pool” organized by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice was held at KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Qiao Wenbao, Senior Partner at Shanghai DeBund Law Firm, was successfully selected into the “Dingxin Rule of Law Talent Pool.”

The “Dingxin Rule of Law Talent Pool” established by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice aims to identify and cultivate international, interdisciplinary, and practice-oriented legal professionals specializing in foreign-related legal affairs. It seeks to build a talent echelon of “leaders,” “cultivators,” and “emerging talents” in foreign-related rule of law to support Shanghai’s high-level opening-up with high-quality legal services.

Dr. Qiao has long been dedicated to foreign-related legal practice, specializing in areas such as foreign investment, corporate mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution through litigation and arbitration. He serves as a long-term legal advisor to several enterprises, offering professional legal advice on investment, trade, intellectual property, corporate law, and dispute resolution. His selection into the “Dingxin Rule of Law Talent Pool” is a testament to his outstanding legal expertise, extensive practical experience in international law, and keen global perspective, highlighting his significant contributions to the development of rule of law.
